How to fish for silver redhorse

Silver redhorse are a robust, silvery sucker of larger rivers and some lakes, among the bigger redhorse species and distinguished, like its relatives, by the reddish fins and downturned, bottom-feeding mouth. They aren't a conventional gamefish but are caught incidentally on bottom baits and can be targeted during spring spawning runs.
