How to fish for greenside darter

Greenside darter are one of the larger darters, a bottom-dwelling fish of clean, rocky riffles and runs where it feeds on invertebrates among algae-covered stones. Like all darters it lacks a swim bladder and moves in short darting hops along the bottom. It isn't an angling target - it's a forage fish and a sensitive indicator of clean, well-oxygenated flowing water.
